Jyoti Charitable Trust, established in 1978 by Late Sh. S. K. Jain, was one such step by the Group. Back then, the Trust provided various medical facilities at bare minimum charges to members of underprivileged families, in and around Nazafgarh, New Delhi and nearby villages. Full medical care was given to them with utmost care.
Today, the dispensary has been upgraded in to a mini-hospital called Jyoti Memorial Jain Charitable Hospital to provide more medical facilities to those in need.

The hospital has also been arranging free medical camps for the prevention of BCG, Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Measles, Typhoid, etc. Many eye check-up camps were also organized for the underprivileged people, where eyes were tested, diagnosed and treated for free.
Beyond the medical sphere of life, Jyoti Group annually donates to various charitable organizations that work in various fields for the betterment of the society.

Jain Public School, Rewari in the state of Haryana which was established in the year 1986 under the sponsorship of JYOTI GROUP has now become reputed big institute. In the year 2018 Jyoti Group sponsored the 200 seater Santosh Kumar Jain Auditorium at the school.
Further, Jyoti Group has donated 1.25 acres land to Saubhagya Sanskar Trust for setting up a Jain temple with rooms, bhojanalaya and other welfare activities.
